Faith Lutheran Church in Hot Springs Village is getting a jump on spring as they usher in the season with a Spring Fling Card Party. Faith Lutheran Church, located at 1196 DeSoto Boulevard, is having this function on Monday, February 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tickets are on sale NOW for $10.00 per person. In addition, please bring a canned food item to support Harvey’s Chapel Food Bank. Snacks will be served, as well as raffle items and door prizes.
Proceeds from this event will be used to assist a family at Camp Trinity, Jean Petit State Park. The home of the Camp Operations Manager, Aaron Davis, was condemned due to dangerous black mold. Mr. and Mrs. Davis and their five children have had to move to a new home and have the expense of replacing all textiles and clothing that were also condemned.
