Hot Springs Village POA Now Accepting Applications for the 2025 Board of Directors

Hot Springs Village, AR – December 6, 2024 – The Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (HSVPOA) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for the 2025 Board of Directors. There are three openings available, each for a three-year term.

Application packets can be picked up at the main POA building located at 895 DeSoto Blvd. or downloaded from the member portal. Interested candidates must submit their applications to the HSVPOA General Manager’s office by 4:00 PM on January 3, 2025. On January 15, 2025, the Board and the public will be notified of the certified candidates. If more than three candidate
applications are received, the voting process will proceed.

On February 7, 2025, the POA will publish all certified candidate application packets.

Ballots, letters, resumes, and return envelopes will be mailed to all residents in good standing on February 21, 2025. The elected directors will be announced on Wednesday, March 28, 2025.

The election will be managed by a third-party election service, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
