According to the HSV Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association website:
“The Citizens Police Academy is a six-week program designed to give our residents a working knowledge of the Hot Springs Village Police Department. The goal is to educate the public about the HSVPD and to increase the relationship between citizens and police officers.
“Class 2023A will begin 5:00 pm-8:00 pm on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the HSVPD Training Room, located at the Coronado Center (Room 5), and will be every Thursday until graduation, May 11, 2023. The deadline to apply is March 24, 2023.“
