It’s that time of the year for Hot Springs Village residents to purchase their car decals and renew their activity memberships or purchase new ones for various amenities like access to the dog park. The deadline for renewal WAS January 31st. Due to inclement weather issues and closures of the POA offices because of software updates (see below), the deadline for fee renewals has been extended to February 9 so that residents can make the most of what Hot Springs Village offers within its gates.
Decals for personal vehicles are only $12 each. Please provide the license number, year, make, model, and color for each vehicle you register. To adhere the new sticker, remove your previous year’s decal and place your vehicle decal on the lower portion of your windshield on the driver’s side.
The secure online member portal is the easiest way to pay your fees and renewals. It is simple. Just go to explorethevillage.com/members, login, and click “Passes and Registrations.” Your decals and other items will be mailed to you within seven business days.
You can also pay your fees in person at the Member Services Help Desk at the POA Administration Building located at 895 DeSoto Boulevard, Hot Springs Village. There is a 3% credit card processing fee, so to avoid that, you can pay by cash at the office.
