HSV Players are holding auditions for the November production of White Christmas on May 21 and 22.

Most of us grew up watching Irvin Berlin’s “White Christmas,” one of the 20th century’s most beloved Christmas movies – now the HSV Players are bringing it to life on the Woodlands stage in November.

You can become a part of this traditional Christmas play by auditioning for one of the many roles. Auditions are Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m. and Sunday May 21, at 2 p.m. at the Village United Methodist Church, 200 Carmona Drive in the Village. The production will be November 16-20 at the Woodlands Auditorium.

Nothing says Christmas better than this romantic musical/comedy where soldiers home from the war form a successful song-and-dance duo and team up with a sister act to save the failing Vermont inn of their former commanding officer.

Parts are available for singers, dancers as well as actors.  Some roles only act, some only dance, some sing and some combine all three. For your audition, be prepared to act, sing and dance.  Script cuts for acting and singing are available on the Players website, hsvplayers.com.  You may also bring any song that you would like for your audition.

Script cuts are available on the Players website, hsvplayers.com.
