The Hot Springs Village POA sent out the following press release on Friday, July 1, 2022.
“The Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association welcomes Frank Hubbard as its new Controller.
“Before moving to the Village in 2014, Frank was an accounting professional in Houston for 36 years. He had a series of planning and budgeting roles with financial institutions. Frank switched industries in 1992 to become Controller for Pappas Restaurants, one of the largest privately held restaurant chains in the USA, with familiar brands such as Pappadeaux, Pappasito’s, and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. In his 22 years at Pappas, the company tripled its number of restaurants and increased revenue by 500%.
“Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas Tech University and a Master of Arts in economics from the University of Missouri. Frank holds an active CPA license.
“At the POA, Frank will be responsible for all accounting functions, controlling expenses, and actualizing revenue.
“Frank and his wife Stephanie enjoy all the fun of Hot Springs Village, including the Coronado Fitness Center, Balboa Beach, our hiking trails, and golf. The Hubbards have a Dachshund-Chihuahua mix named Donut. Their two sons and granddaughter live nearby in Hot Springs.”
We welcome the new addition to the Hot Springs Village POA staff.
