The Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association made the following announcement on Friday, April 29, 2022.
“Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association has hired Ken Unger as Public Services Director. Ken and his wife have lived in Hot Springs Village since 2012, when he was employed by Verizon as Director of Operations for a large region that included Arkansas and parts of Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Ken retired from Verizon in 2015.
“As our Public Services Director, Ken will manage our streets and related infrastructure, water and sewer services, and sanitation.
Ken has an engineering sciences degree and has held several civil engineering licenses during his career.
“Ken and his wife Susan have two children and two grandchildren. Ken loves to golf and pickleball — especially pickleball. He won a gold medal in pickleball at the Senior Olympics in Arkansas, and a silver medal at a national pickleball tournament in New Mexico.
Ken says, ‘The mission of our Public Services team is to help ensure our infrastructure is on a reliable and sustainable path that supports our needs today and in the future.'”
Welcome, Mr. Unger! Sounds like you have all the necessary skills to do a great job at the POA.
