Hot Springs Village, AR, January 4, 2024 – The Hot Springs Village POA has previously made announcements about its transition to a new management software application. The transition to the new application begins soon. The following is important information in advance of the live day with the new software. Please read below for what this means to Village residents in the coming weeks:

  • The Administrative Offices will be closed from Thursday, January 25th through Monday, January 29th so that the POA can prepare for the transition to the new management software application known as NorthStar. This means:
    • Window decal sales, member ID/gate card/family card sales, or annual pass sales on those dates will not be available.
    • There will be no new memberships or property sales entered into the system during that time.
    • The member portal will not be available online for any of the above-listed sales.
    • No in-person payments of any kind will be available at the Administrative Office.

Simply put, there will be no changes to any member record or property record during the three-day “blackout” period.

  • The following WILL be available through the member portal:
    • Booking tee times or court reservations
    • Paying assessment fees
    • Making utility bill payments

Making any type of payments will still be available online.

  • The following WILL be available throughout the Hot Springs Village POA:
    • Paying for golf rounds and tennis bookings at the Pro Shops
    • Paying for daily Fitness fees at the Fitness Center
    • Paying for drinks at POA events and concerts
    • Phone-in payments for assessments and utility payments
