If you have qualified for an urban deer hunt this season, besides your 2023-24 Resident Sportsman’s License, you must log in to your account on AGFC’s new license system and acquire an Urban Deer Hunt Management Tag (UDHM). If you have not used the new system launched last Wednesday, it will prompt you to set up a new account. Please note that the old app no longer works, and you will need to download the new one if you want to use the app instead of the internet store.

This Urban Deer Hunt Management Tag (UDHM) tag is free, but it must be added to your license to be able to hunt and check deer harvested during an Urban Hunt. You can click the button below to purchase a license if you haven’t already and add your UDHM tag to your user profile.

Once this tag is added to your cart, check out as you normally would. After adding the tag to your profile, the tag will be available to check your Urban Hunt-harvested deer without impacting your normal seasonal bag limit. Deer harvested outside of the urban hunt will be checked using the deer tags linked to your regular hunting license.

The first deer harvested during Arkansas’s Urban Hunts must be donated to Hunters Feeding the Hungry to help feed Arkansans in need.
