A press release from Saline County Quorum Court, District 13, Justice of the Peace Keith Keck, stated:
So after almost 30 years of military service, a term on the Hot Springs Village (HSV) POA Board, service on the County Equalization Board, and three terms as your Saline County Justice of the Peace, it is time for me to enjoy the recreational opportunities here in Arkansas and travel opportunities across the USA.
Therefore, I will not seek reelection for a fourth term dealing with county-wide issues on the Saline County Quorum Court, and I will return my focus to more specific HSV issues across both Garland and Saline Counties when my current Quorum Court term expires on December 31, 2024. During my last year on the Quorum Court, I will focus on the Highway 5/DeSoto Road Improvement Project and continued Broadband improvements across western Saline County.
With my planned retirement, I highly endorse HSV Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) Member Karen Crowson for election to the District 13 Justice of the Peace Position on the Saline County Quorum Court during the 2024 Election Process to represent all of western Saline County.
Karen is a native Arkansan, a Hot Springs High School Graduate, a 40-year Saline County resident, and a highly respected and successful real estate professional who moved full-time to HSV in 2019 from Benton, Arkansas. An HSV property owner since 2003, she is actively involved here in HSV on the GAC and was a member of the Ad Hoc Land Committee.
Karen is highly respected for her tireless efforts in representing State and National Realtor Associations at the Federal, State, and local levels for the last 35 years.
Congratulations, Karen on stepping forward to represent western Saline County’s needs with Saline County and State of Arkansas officials.
