“Why is a Special Edition of the HSVPOA Digest being published?”
Everyone in our Village needs to be aware of the total solar eclipse on April 8th and how it will impact us in multiple ways. This special edition of the Village Digest contains critical information to help us prepare for a weekend expected to bring 500,000 additional visitors to Garland County, not to mention the number expected in Saline County.
