On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Coronado Community Center, the HSVPOA will be hosting a Village Meet and Greet that will combine information sharing with some good old-fashioned socializing.
The event will provide the opportunity for all Villagers, especially newcomers, to visit with representatives from the various POA departments – asking questions and gathering information. Departments represented will include Public Services, Compliance (Permits, Animal Services, Animal Welfare League, etc.), Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Member Services, Police, Fire, and more. In addition, the various standing committees will have representatives present to answer questions and take applications for membership – Recreation, Trails, Lakes, Public Services, Governmental Affairs, Golf, Architectural Control, Common Property/Forestry/Wildlife, Finance & Planning, and Marketing.
Arvest Bank is generously providing refreshments and there will be a cash bar available.
Clubs and service organizations have also been invited to participate, although space is limited. Groups may contact administration@hsvpoa.org for more information or to reserve space.
