The time for another Board of Directors election in Hot Springs Village is fast approaching! Three seats will be on the table with current Chair Joanie Corry, Director Bruce Caverly, and Director Mark Quinton slated to finish their terms.
Current Vice-Chair Larry Siener and Directors Doyle Baker, Archie Frye, and Gary Belair have remaining time to serve.
At the Wednesday, November 20, 2024, Board Meeting, Julie White, Administrative Assistant to the General Manager, presented the proposed Board Election Packet and timeline for the upcoming Board Election. After thanking Joanie Corry for her assistance in compiling the 2025 packet, White went over some highlights in the timeline. Board Member Frye motioned to accept the 2025 packet and timeline; Board Member Baker seconded, and the motion was passed unanimously.

December 2024 Board votes on using an online election service.
Monday, December 2: applications are available at the General Manager’s Office and on ExploretheVillage.com.
Friday, January 3: Deadline for submitting completed applications to the G.M. office by 4:00 p.m.
Friday, March 28, 2025: Election results announced
Wednesday, April 16, 2025: new Board Members seated in a special meeting directly following the regular Board meeting.
