Mark Quinton Starts New Board Term;

Doyle Baker and Edsel Frye, Jr. took the HSVPOA Board Oath of Office For 1st time;

Bob McLeod finishes three-year term.

At a Special Meeting immediately after the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, two newly-elected Board Members, Doyle Baker and Edsel Frye, Jr., took the oath of office. Additionally, Mark Quinton was reseated, but did not need to be sworn in. Quinton will serve a one-year term, and Baker and Frye will serve three-year terms. This gives the board a full complement of seven members.

Election of Officers

The Board also elected new officers, with Joanie Corry selected for Chair and Larry Siener to serve as Vice Chair. Additionally, General Manager Kelly Hale will continue as Corporate Secretary, and David Moore will continue as Corporate Treasurer.

All of the Board Directors and Officers signed an indemnification agreement. Any possible conflicts of interest were identified.
