Let’s get Smokin’!

Always overflowing with enthusiasm, Kimberly Pitts of BBQ Pitts Stop stationary food truck exclaimed, “It is with great excitement we are announcing our re-opening of The BBQ Pitts Stop, following our closure for the winter season!”

“As many of our followers know, it was a difficult season for us, personally. In the years past, we had struggled to maintain steady business, having outdoor seating and personal challenges, creating instability in our hours of operation.”

Pitts humbly shared, “The continued support from The Vintage Pearl Market, our faithful patrons, and our community family has been the wind in our sails. We have weathered our struggles with a lifted spirit, knowing this day would come!

Some menu changes

“There will be changes to our menu! We will be serving both Brisket and Pulled Pork daily! The chicken will be making a regular appearance! And, of course, the vegetarian options will be available daily!”

“Grab & Go will be available at the same amazing budget-friendly price of $8!”

When asked what the Grab & Go is, Pitts responded, “The Grab & Go is the result of the late Steve Gross’ brilliant marketing advice! You have a choice between chopped brisket or a pork sandwich. The meal includes a bag of chips and a refreshing drink! The tastiest affordable meal anywhere!”

“Starting mid-April, we will also introduce ready-made meal options and are working towards making our delicious sauce available,” added the restauranteur. Stay tuned for more details coming out soon.

Support for Colton continues

Pitts explained, “This season, join us as we continue supporting Colton White of www.coltonscrusaders.com. Colton is our beloved Fountain Lake “Super Dude,” battling Stage IV High-Risk Neuroblastoma. He has received cards from our patrons for two years during his fight and loves them!  His tree will be in full bloom with cards ready for you all to send the love and encouragement he loves so much from his BBQ Pitts Stop family!”

“Come make me work my BUTT off!”

With love and gratitude, Kimberly enthused, “I personally cannot wait to see everyone and get all the hugs I have missed so greatly! Mark your calendars and come make me work my BUTT off! Pulled Pork BUTT, that is!  The BBQ Pitts Stop is at 372 E Glazypeau Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71909 @ The Vintage Pearl Market.”
