Hot Springs Village POA Board of Directors met for the first board meeting of 2024 on January 17. While the temperatures were frigid outside, the concise meeting was conducted in comfortable conditions at the Ouachita Room at the Ponce de Leon Center. Gary Belair, vice chair, conducted the meeting as Chair Joanie Corry was absent due to a scheduling conflict. Weather conditions resulted in a sparse but attentive audience.
I have extensively reported on the meeting in separate articles, and this article contains the links and connects the separate reports in one place.
The Board announced three committee appointments:
- Appointment of Steve Rogers to the Finance and Planning Committee
- Appointment of newly promoted Associate Director of Public Services, Matt Broom, as Staff Member to the Architectural Control Committee
- David Moore, HSV Corporate Treasurer, was appointed as Board Liaison to the Finance and Planning Committee.
Next on the agenda was General Manager Kelly Hale’s report. Click here to read.
